📰 Today's Parkinson's Research (As requested Daily)

• NAC trial: promising connectivity improvements (PMID: 41619526)
• DBS effective in POLG-related young-onset cases
• α-syn oligomers may alter dopamine signaling via Cav2.2

No. Neura.Day works entirely inside WhatsApp, which you already have on your phone. Just start a conversation with the Neura.Day contact and you are ready to go.

Simply send a message like "my tremors are a 4 out of 10 this morning" or "I feel stiff today." Neura.Day understands natural language — no forms, no buttons, just a conversation.

During setup you tell Neura.Day your medication schedule — name, dose, and timing. It will send you a WhatsApp message at each scheduled time. You can reply to confirm, snooze, or log a missed dose.

After setup, send the message "connect my Garmin" or "connect Apple Health" and Neura.Day will send you a secure link to authorise the connection. Your activity and sleep data then syncs every day if you want.

Neura can help with your therapies. For example it helps you track your daily Thiamine (B1) dose, titration schedule, and symptom response over time - for dr Constantini B1 protocol. You can ask Neura.Day anything about you and it will answer.

Send the message to share with a caregiver and Neura.Day will guide you through sharing access. Your caregiver will be able to get Neura data.

Neura learns how your Parkinson’s behaves — and helps you respond better each day.

Freezing while walking
You
I'm stuck.
Neura.Day
Look forward. Step over an imaginary line. Count "1, 2, 1, 2" out loud as you march in place first.
Tremor flare-up
You
My hands are shaking badly today.
Neura.Day
Note the time and recent activity — I've logged it. Is your next Levodopa dose soon? Taking it 15 min early may help. Rest your arm against your body.
Sudden muscle rigidity
You
My neck and shoulder are completely rigid.
Neura.Day
Try slow neck rolls — ear to shoulder, not full circles. Apply warmth if available. I've flagged this as a high-rigidity day for your neurologist.
Missed a dose
You
I think I forgot my 2pm Levodopa.
Neura.Day
It's now 3:10pm — only 70 min late. Take it now. Do not double up at your next dose. I've noted this in your medication log.
What to take right now
You
What medications am I due for right now?
Neura.Day
You're due: Levodopa/Carbidopa 100/25mg (1 tablet) and Rasagiline 1mg. Next dose is at 6pm. Take with a small snack if your stomach is sensitive.
Side effect concern
You
I feel nauseous after my morning meds.
Neura.Day
Nausea is common with Levodopa. Try taking it with a piece of toast. Avoid high-protein foods within 30 min. Logged — if it continues 3+ days I'll flag it for your neurologist.
Morning research briefing
You
What's new in Parkinson's research today?
Neura.Day
Today: a small NAC trial shows positive connectivity changes (PMID: 41619526), and a DBS case in young-onset POLG showed good response. No immediate practice-changing findings.
Supplement question
You
Is Coenzyme Q10 worth taking?
Neura.Day
Current evidence: 3 small trials with mixed results. No clear benefit in large studies. Generally safe but not strongly recommended. Worth discussing with your neurologist.
B1 therapy status
You
What's my B1 titration status?
Neura.Day
You're on Day 18 at 2g/day. Your tremor log shows a mild downward trend this week. Next titration review is in 12 days. Keep logging daily symptom scores.
Starting a session
You
I want to do my morning exercises.
Neura.Day
Starting your LSVT BIG routine. Today: 10 large arm swings, 10 big steps forward, 10 sit-to-stands. Do each movement as BIG as you can. Start with the arm swings.
Low energy day
You
I have very little energy today.
Neura.Day
That's okay. On low-energy days, even 5 minutes of gentle movement helps. Try: seated marching for 2 min, then 5 slow neck stretches. No pressure to do more.
Balance concern
You
I feel unsteady when I stand up.
Neura.Day
Pause before you stand. Place feet shoulder-width apart, lean forward slightly before rising. Count to 3 after standing before walking. Recurring dizziness needs a medication review.
Checking on a loved one
You
How has my dad been this week?
Neura.Day
5 of 7 days medications logged on time. 2 tremor flare-ups noted (Tuesday and Friday morning). Sleep average 7h 20m. No missed physio sessions. A stable week overall.
Communication tip
You
He refuses to take his evening meds.
Neura.Day
Try giving him control — offer a choice of water or juice, ask if he wants them before or after dinner. Avoid confrontation. New refusal may signal a side effect worth discussing.
Caregiver burnout
You
I'm exhausted and feel like I'm failing.
Neura.Day
You're not failing — you're carrying something genuinely hard. Caregiver fatigue is real and valid. Can you identify one thing this week you could ask for help with? Your wellbeing matters too.
Red light therapy
You
I started red light therapy.
Neura.Day
What area and duration? Let’s track results. Should I set a reminder twice a week to remind you to start the weekly therapies?
Vitamin B1 protocol
You
I want to start Vitamin B1 protocol
Neura.Day
We’ll monitor energy and tremor daily. Start low - 500mg and gradually increase. Let's track daily to find the optimal dose.
Supplements
You
I've started magnesium before sleep 1 gram.
Neura.Day
Ok, I'll track your sleep score and see if it improves. You can connect your smart watch here.
Bad day
You
Why was today worse?
Neura.Day
Let me analyze. From what I checked it's mostly because less sleep and delayed medication. Would you like some actionabile tips to make it better?
Last 30 Days Analysis
You
Check my last 30 days and tell me what affects me most?
Neura.Day
From your last 30 days I can see that sleep and medication timing are key.
Understanding Sleep
You
Analyze my sleep and let me know how can I improve.
Neura.Day
I checked your stats from your garmin watch and I can see that your deep sleep is improving. Would you like a detailed report?

Neura.Day
Let’s plan what to do if that happens. You won’t be unprepared. Let's check the weather and see what clothes we need.

Neura.Day

Decision overwhelm
You
I don’t know what to do.
Neura.Day

Waking up with heaviness
You

Neura.Day

You
I don’t feel like doing anything.
Neura.Day
We don’t need everything. Just one small step.
Feeling stuck in the day
You
I can’t get going.
Neura.Day
Let’s reset. Stand up and take one slow step.
Feeling alone
You
I feel alone.
Neura.Day
You’re not alone right now. I’m here with you. Let's talk about something.
Wanting to talk
You
Can I just talk?
Neura.Day

You

Neura.Day
Saved. The only red flag I see is a high LDL but based on your diet and your genes shouldn't be a problem
Diet
You
Based on the data you have about me what diet should I follow?
Neura.Day
A diet you should try first would be mediterranean diet. Would you like to start a new experiment with this diet?
Restaurant
You
